Exchange Agreement Partner The University of Bordeaux, and The Institute of Vine and Wine Science, University of Bordeaux On January 15, 2019, Niigata University signed an inter-university agreement with the University of Bordeaux, France, and Sakeology Center, Niigata University concluded an exchange agreement with the Institute of Vine and Wine Science, University of Bordeaux (ISVV), France. The University of Bordeaux, initially founded in 1441, is the third-largest university in France.
